International Shipping (Hong Kong–Shipped Items)
Some of our products are shipped directly from Hong Kong due to their size, packaging requirements, or limited availability. These items are clearly noted on the product page prior to purchase.

Due to their oversized nature, air shipping is not available for certain items

Typical transit time for Hong Kong–shipped items is 20–45 business days

Please note that tracking updates may be limited while the shipment is in international transit. Tracking activity often resumes once the package reaches the destination country and is handed over to a local carrier.
Customs & Transit Delays

All international shipments must clear export and import customs

Customs processing times are outside of our control and may cause delays

A lack of frequent tracking updates does not indicate a lost shipment
Delivery Status & Chargebacks

Orders that are in active transit are considered fulfilled

Filing a chargeback while an order is still in transit is considered premature

“Product not received” claims do not apply to orders that are actively moving through the carrier network
Lost or Undeliverable Packages

A package is only considered lost if the carrier officially declares it lost

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies
